"The owner of this company took issue with me saying that western companies that manufacture in China and control their own quality can make a perfectly good product on YouTube. It ended with Him threatening physical Harm on me. Not a professional owner, he has some kind of temper problem/emotional issues. I wish I could screen shot it on here, he’s unbelievable. I would avoid this company like the plague. And when you do see this Mr owner, I don’t hide behind what I say and I invite you to Hobart to try and do what you said you would. Any day any time! I can literally see him at his computer with steam coming from his ears, wildly beating the keyboard formulating some kind of bitter sounding response to this, it’s really kind of amusing, if he ran into 3 people he hated such as myself every day he’d have no time to run his company, he just can’t help but argue and be hostile. Hahahahaha"

"Wouldn’t waste your time, treated very poorly don’t waste your money or time.... Edit: would just like to add a reply to the owner. This was a few years ago when I was looking to buy my first hoist I decided I wanted a hero hoist after a phone call to ask some questions about specs I was abused over the phone for wasting their time. As you can see another 5 people already have had the same experience and signed in and liked this review sorry mate but you can’t treat people like that and yes I brought two of another brand."

"I got a portable lift king hoist. Had it about 4 years was great to deal with then, had a minor issue after 4 years but the support and repairs was almost immediate. I’m also in a wheelchair so this thing has made my life so much easier. Have lifted a 2.5t cruiser on it, no problems. Then even I can move the hoist around from my wheelchair."

"Never purchased anything from here but my mate did and he is wrapped with his lift , that and the fact the owner replies and cares about his reviews has to equate to proud business owner, my brother and I have just finished out workshed and we will be looking at your lifts also."

"A totally satisfied customer ! My garage/shed is only a standard Olympic gabled roof shed and limits what I could install . I search for some time for hoist. Only Rohan from Hero Hoists helped me achieve a low post height but maximum lift height hoist. Together with being “mobile” I can park my single post hoist in the corner and not lose car space . Rohan suggested great options and the manufacturers assisted me with special arms for my old classic cars . I am one very happy client !!! P Auld"
