"This practice was very good before but now they have implemented asking all personal details very loudly at the reception. Details such as DOB, phone number, address. All the patients in the waiting area can hear all the details and I believe this is a confidentiality and privacy breach. The receptionist said this is a requirement. I kindly request to implement a confidentiality approach for this such as implementing a simple form etc 22/08/2023 Hi Elaine Thank you for your response. Yes I understand the mandatory requirement, however the staff member asked my full name, DOB, mobile and full address so I think these are my all details which are confidential. I visited the clinic today and the clinic has implemented self kiosk to sign in which resolved my concern completely. So I thank the members of the staff who took my feedback positively and implemented this kiosk- continuous improvement action. Therefore I change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. "I have been attending this clinic for around 5 years, and heart broken that it will be our last as moving interstate. I only have amazing things to say as I have experienced amazing treatment and service. From the ladies at the front, knowing myself and my family by our names to making balloon faces out of gloves for my kids before a needle or when they are unsettled. I thankyou so much, keep up the amazing work you all do. The nurses also have been amazing, especially the last few weeks as I have almost been there everyday. Spending that extra time to interact and making my children feel loved and comfortable. Thankyou. Dr Thanuja, these no words I can to thank her, she is absolutely amazing, a blessing to myself and my family, This last couple of years has been a little hard, though Dr Thanuja has supported me in every way possible, she goes above and beyond. Not only for myself but my family aswell. She has made time to see us even if she's booked out, she follows up referrals and so much more. My kids absolutely love going to see her, (for a cheeky lollipop or two). So guttered that I have to find another doctor because no one will ever be as fantastic and professional as Dr Thanuja. Also want to add, the new clinic looks amazing and I do understand that some times we have to wait as it gets busy though the wait is worth it, Knowing your seeing people that truly care and are brilliant at their jobs. In saying that to the whole team at Rowville Medical Clinic keep being amazing and a massive thankyou."

"Very lazy clinic, so as the doctors. Had to wait for over 30 mins for the turn, despite presenting sharp on time for the appointment. Do realise there will be a wait time, but not this long! Finally had to go rescue the reception to know how much longer was the wait time. Guess everyone visiting this clinic have to mentally be prepared to wait at least for 30 mins over the actual booked appointment time. Not sure if they will allow anyone coming little late to their appointment? Overall not a great experience!!"

"Had a worsening ear ache due to some sort of infection and a doc visit was a must. The receptionist at the clinic initially said they were full booked but after hearing my affliction made room for an appointment with Dr Abdul. He diagnosed my problem quickly and prescribed the appropriate medication which 8 hours later is showing signs of relief. The people at the Clinic are Courteous and kind. Would recommend anyone to visit, especially...no fees on A Sunday unlike a few who I know charge an arm and a leg, just to be seen by a Doctor."

"My experience is good so far. Went there twice in the last 3 months. Very quick appointment with Dr. Abdul Masud and I don't even have to wait for more than 5 minutes, which is great for a GP appointment. Positioned right at the corner of the car park and there are enough parking spaces. The wait area could be improved. Just a few ordinary chairs, therefore lacking the welcoming atmosphere. However, I appreciate that they are still bulk billed so a place to go if you don't want to spend out of pocket expenses for doctors visit."
