"The Worst Ever Doctor experience I have faced! I went today to request some Tests(usual Cholesterol and Diabetic tests) thinking I am due after last year,she started giving her attitude telling how organised she is and she will remind patients if tests are due and bluffing as usual. The clinic is not uploading the Records to My Health record so I told I cant remember when I did my Tests previously so isn't it reasonable for me to request that from you. She was raising her voice saying that I did my tests in Last year April(2022 April)and I must have being going to Walk in clinics thats why I cant remember when its done..and she is not a GP who will write tests when patient requests etc. I explained her my lifestyle has being changed and I have my parents history having bypass operation/type 2 Diabetics for long years,so I am concerned and cautious, that I need to know how I am doing that is why I request tests to be done,and I don't have access to paper documents that was done last time. I felt uneasy about the conduct (behaviour) or performance of Rubini, she is very rude to patients and I am not comfortable as a patient to go to her after this. She is very rude and does not show any respect to patients! Does not recommend going to Kelletts Road Medical Center for Dr Rubini!"

"The worst experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Rubini. You expect a GP to take care of their patients and treat them with care and kindness instead I got the complete opposite treatment and was shown complete disrespect and an attitude from her. I was shocked by how she could treat her patients like that. She had also treated one of my friends the same way just when I thought I was going crazy and maybe it was only me she had done that to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her even in the most desperate of times!"

"The worst experience I’ve had ever! EVER! Dr Rubini has been lovely all this time and that’s why I kept going to her. Today I had the most horrific experience with her. I’m still In shock! I saw her for 2 reasons and once I finished Discussing the first I then spoke to her about wanting to see a Psychologist and asked if I needed a referral or a mental health plan. She came on to me and said “I should have started the appointment with that as mental health plans take 30 minutes and she doesn’t have time for that and she can’t make other patients wait” she went on to saying people take advanced of the system and that I should be asking for a plan only if I was mentally ill! She also went on saying u can’t ask for a mental health plan because u going through divorce. I was dumbfound! I’ve never heard anyone react that way to a person asking for help. People ask for help when they really need it! I’m still just shocked!"
