"I hadn’t read these reviews before taking my 16 yo there on a Sunday for an emergency appointment I was scolded by Dr Barbara for not coming in days earlier and she told us there was nothing she could do on a Sunday except order blood tests for Monday , by which time our regular GP will be available Sadly it is true that this GP talks over patients, suggests simple solutions that we were already trying and had nothing to offer for actual relief either medically or relationally I don’t think this is an effective weekend clinic and we will not return I am leaving this review in case I can save anyone else the stress of an appointment there"

"Booked a telehealth appointment with Dr Barbara at 12:10 and waited till 1:00 pm and nothing happened, called the clinic and they said the Dr left and sorry can’t help you, what would you do if I missed it ( penalty) yes for sure. She wants to reschedule for the day after tomorrow and can not back date a medical certificate when I need it for today. Don’t deserve even one star.NOT HAPPY AT ALL"

"After arriving to an empty waiting room after 45 mins of watching people who arrived after me with later appointments getting served (and they still weren't very busy) I asked what was happening. When I finally got to see Doctor Barbara she yelled at me that it was my fault they had forgotten me accusing me of not checking in (which I had) On to the appointment. I had previously left and gone to another clinic for ongoing treatment but was returning after that doctor had retired. Dr Barbara then abused me and told me I can't just turn up expecting them to provide scripts for the required medication (which is precisely what I had indicated the appointment was for when making the booking).It was definitely not worth waiting an additional 45 minutes for the poor service I received. Now I remember why I had left originally."

"Dr Barbara strikes again, I made the mistake of making an appointment before reading the reviews, my wife visited and was told, “ I don’t know you and I don’t have time to deal with you” despite my wife having a severe reaction to a new medication. These days when we we are encouraged to visit a GP as not to clog up the emergency department. This Doctor is a disgrace and reflects badly on the medical profession. No wonder we could get an appointment so quick, give this doctor a big miss."

"After waiting for 30 minutes, the second thing I was told by Dr Wasniewska was that I only had 10 minutes. When I started to raise my health concern she cut me off and told me she’s not prepared to prescribe x,y and z. I said I didn’t want those things and tried to finish my explanation. Again she shut me down and opened her door. I was made to feel terribly uncomfortable when I was already in a vulnerable position. This Dr lacked empathy and she was very rude. Definitely do not recommend this GP"
