"went here today for my aunt's follow up appointment. don't know what everyone's complaining about, the staff today were very nice and friendly to us. the renovations of the surrounding areas didn't complicate getting to where we needed to go . they had staff al.ost at every turn to help you get where you needed and a map also. the overall patient drop off area is a nightmare. the multi level car park had a car park full sign . but I went in anyway. the parking ticket paying area had cash only on all machines. luckily there was a parking attendant who had a portable eftpos machine to help but he was pretty busy so you had to wait a bit ."

"Can't keep appointments or even communicate properly with patients. I made it clear that the Dr needed to be on the Telehealth call at 8:30 due to work commitments but they were not there. Very inflexible times. They create the impression that they are very disorganised. I suggest if you can, stay clear."

"Absolutely disgusting attitude towards children and their parents. Lack of insight and just down right rude. I do not recommend and I will be taking my daughter elsewhere. The paediatrician will be giving a new referral. I will not be dealing with this place again. Demanded $250 or they would cancel my daughters appointment. It's bulk billed!!!"

"After waiting for my appointment for more than one hour when I entered in the room doctor said he did not know why my child's appointment was with him . Obviously I did not ask for that I was told that this doctor will see my child. Then my child sneeze in the room and doctor got upset and said that I was exposing him to covid but my child did not had covid . Sneezing in the cold weather is common for my child . After doing nose swab my child sneezed few time due to irritation. It seemed like instead of telling me any other information about my child doctor wanted me to leave the room ASAP. I felt so bad .Had terrible experience ."

"Terrible experience with the staff team here. They keep bugging you for an appointment – threatening to make you pay if you do not keep an appointment that they requested for! And when you agree to it, they forget to send you the follow up consultation details, change to tele conference at last minute, then totally forgot to set it up when you call in. They make you wait at the virtual waiting room, requesting you to call if the doctor does not attend to you. Of course, the doctor doesn't turn up, which isn't surprising because they probably messed up the appointment altogether. When you call, you are put on waiting yet again, and the hits just keep coming! Awful staff. Btw, this happened before so this is not some short-tempered rant. The admin manager or someone in that role called up with a totally arrogant, high-handed attitude and of course, did not solve the issue. No follow up whatsoever. Ziltch! Nada! Just my luck to deal with such rank amateurs in customer service – it's really an attitude issue here – a subject matter I happen to know a thing or two about."
