"Went in wearing New Balance and was called a ‘Soccer Dad’ and received glaring looks from all of the staff members. I was a little shocked by the treatment but it only escalated when i picked up a pair of right off the shelf mens ua hovr phantom 2s intelliknit running shoes in the colourway bright coral that one of the staff members, a young boy, came over and began to laugh. He grabbed the shoe out of my hands and just took it to the back without saying a word. I was very drawn to the shoe and I am very dissapointed in the treatment I receieved from the boy whos name i think was ‘toby’"

"Was served today by the lovely Claire, and she was so attentive and helpful! I was looking at a pair online that were on sale that they didn't have in store, Claire got me a pair of the same brand in the size that I needed to make sure I had the right fit, and went out of her way to order them in for me so I could save money on shipping. Between working both retail and hospo during christmas, and other stressful life factors, it really helped me tick one thing off the endless list of things to worry about, left the store with all of the good chemicals.
