"Went to the store at 4:30 pm yesterday 5th July, looking to buy a pair of work trousers. The saleslady rushed me, would not let me browse in peace, constantly coming to the change room to take away the clothes I was still deciding on. She did not seem happy to serve any customers at that time. I felt I was inconveniencing her as I actually thought the store was closing at 5 pm. So I left at 4:55pm in a hurry not being able to browse thoroughly. Later, on passing her store at 6pm, after shopping at other stores, I saw the lights on, doors shut and she was doing her paperwork at counter. Will never be going to that store again. Other Suzanne Grae stores offer much better service and make you feel more welcome for sure! My experience: items on sale were great but her service was poor!"
"The sales assistant was so rude to me and I will never shop at this store again. She was upset that I asked to repurchase an item for the sale price. Her attitude was disgusting I recommend that Suzanne Grae invest in training their staff on good customer service."
