"Hello, my daughter recently came here about a week ago. She would be considered a bit of a "bigger girl" compared to all the skinny sticks that shop here. She was after some new clothes as a lot of her own don't fit her well anymore. She explained to me how she felt extremely uncomfortable in the store due to being a larger size. She found a pink and brown skirt she liked and hoped would fit. As she made her way to the changing rooms, a staff member named "Alice" rudely looked her up and down and laughed. This behaviour is disgraceful and uncalled for. My daughter instantly broke down as the employee continued to laugh at her and shame her weight. I suggest this business either close down completely or decide to cater to larger sizes to avoid such discrimination."
