I shop here regularly (always at the northland store) and have to say all the women who work there are absolutely amazing, they are attentive, caring and honest, they won’t just try and make a sale, they spend the time to ensure I’m happy with my purchase and I walk out feeling amazing they have a way of making me feel so good about myself. Shopping at sheike northland is always such a please xx"

"My very first one star review! I have been buying from Sheike for years and always recommended them to all my friends and family, but not after today!! DO NOT BUY from the Northland store. Go to a place with a good customer service! Not worth it at all!!! Save yourself a bad day! I just experienced terrible, terrible customer service! I went to try something on and the people there were not really helpful and shocking attitude, in fact it made me feel self-conscious, and as bad as that sounds, that wasn't the biggest problem !!!! I brought a dress last week . Luckily I took a photo inside of the changing room wich shows that the round tag wasn't there, I came home and I decided to use my other dress, I went to return it as my right as a customer and the dress was intact and with the tags exactly how I received the dress from last weekend. I believe her name was Tiffany, who was rude and not very helpful that she had to call her manager Fatima K - that did the transaction last weekend and ofcourse she didn't have the time or the care to review that that tag wasn't there and said they won't change it. So I left without any rights ! totally insulted as my world was not true! Customers also have rights! Apparently not in this store. I requested her to check the footage and to review the camera but again the customer's rights are not respected in this place ! I left the dress, and hopefully I will hear back from head office for a solution. Definitely not coming to this place ever !!!!!!"

"Im wearing sheike for many years and really love the brand. Normally i shop at highpoint, its a really lovely team and customer service there. Today, i went to northland to shop. I was so disappointed about how staff treat customer. 2 staffs member was talking to each other too much and didnt care much to me. More over, i know exactly what i should get, but the way they look at me make me feel bad if i didnt buy everything i have just tried on. I tried them on, i could come back and get it other day right. Doesnt mean im not buy them. Even i take 2 and said to them still consider on the size of another 2 and will come back with my husband to try again. The lady was not very happy. Anyway, i hope this problem should be fix. Customer even buy or not still need to be treat the same. You guys should show your professional service."
