"Receptionists are really friendly and prompt once you get a hold of them, however there needs to be more consistency with sending completed reports to requesting doctors. Ps. I think its the worst hold music in the world!!"
"Horrible experience at this place. Their radiographer named Lisa, has no professionalism at all, she was extremely rude and refused to do the xray after making me wait for more than an hour. Receptionist on that day was inexperienced and was unhelpful. I was told to continue waiting at the reception at 4.25pm (having waited for 30mins prior). At 4.55pm I asked the receptionist for an update on when I will be called, she came back telling me Lisa would not do the Xray as they are closing at 5pm and would have to reschedule me. In total, I waited for 1 hour and was told that LISA refused to do a 5 min job. They have no regards for people's precious time and have no idea what is customer service. I went to another clinic the following day and everything was done in 15 mins. Do not bother with this clinic if you have a choice."
"Just want to express my gratitude and thanks to the sonographer working here. I unfortunately forgot his name (young male working on the 18 April at 3:30pm). The level of professionalism, care and patience went well above my expectations, and I could leave the clinic feeling reassured and in peace. The staff at reception was also wonderful and welcoming. Lucky to have such a great clinic nearby!"
"They provided good care but until they change their horrible waiting tone over phone I can't give higher score. Sitting on hold listening to that sounds (20min) is definitely top 1 worst sounds over phone. Someone need to change that ASAP."
