"I found it difficult to find wide fit shoes here in a loafer style. However, I had an excellent experience with a staff member Tanya. She was very attentive and showed me all the different styles of loafers available and searched in the back for my size. Grateful for her effort, unfortunately was not able to find something in my size though."
"SOLD FAULTY PRODUCTS, when looking closely at the shoes, I noticed the thread coming undone and loose. Too add, if you don't buy the additional grips for the shoes, your going break a leg. Once looking at the receipt to see if there was chance of returning and refunding the item, it says in T's & C's that they're unable to refund the product, only exchange. I'm not looking to exchange the product after such a fault."
