"No bad reviews for the jackets just customer service. I usually go for the highpoint shopping Centre for Kathmandu. I love Kathmandu jackets and always had a great experience, but today me an my friend went into the watergarden Kathmandu store. The girl at the reception was very unprofessional and rude. Being a customer service specialist i know when people are ignoring you for the service. we asked if we can try some of the jackets because they were wired, without any gesture and greetings she said i will help you once i am free, we waited for 10 min just to try jacket. I was just about to go somewhere else then she came and cold heartly told try this. I was so upset that i wanted to leave but my friend was happy just to buy the jacket. Finally we bought the jacket but couldn't leave with a smiley face."
