"Doesn't anyone answer the phone there? I've been trying for days to check if they have a particular shoe instore, save me time in driving 25mins there to be told they don't have my size! Head office was no better, tried calling 8 stores in Victoria, all didn't answer their phones! Maybe everyone is still on their siesta!!! Not happy with this service."

"The guy that helped my young daughter today at watergardens shopping centre was extremely patient and amazing (unfortunately didn'tgethis name), showing her all the options she can get on the computer. Advising her and educating her regarding the fit and comfort of her shoe and what to expect when first wearing them. Highly recommend the shop and staff that work as a team. As for the stock, they had a decent selection with a range of prices."

"shame i cant leave 0 your supposed “store manager” and another worker with brown hair delivered disgusting customer service. I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes and i had my receipt but they told me because i don’t have a box i couldn’t as it was “policy”, and i understand this. however didn’t see the need for them to come across so aggressive, rude, basically yelling at me? provided no alternative for me as a customer and had no remorse. simply didn’t want to give me the one of the day. had no intention to help me out. what sort of store manager are you? and teaching the other staff to be the same, seems like you need to teach these staff some basic, caring customer service! never experienced this sort of disgusting service in my life. will be making sure i never come here again and i’ll be taking this to head office!!"
