"Quick service and friendly customer service. Nice socks and boots. Only issue was that we'd put an item on hold WSP 40 boots (the Werribee store called them and put it on hold for us), but it wasn't there. So we had got the last pair off the rack instead. And then for the receipt the lady asked for my phone number and I gave it to her but the receipt is yet to come through?? Also to redeem the review the place and get a free pair of socks, the sales lady looked a bit lost(?) I guess with it ~ probably new ??"
