"I'm always so excited to come here, I've always experienced great customer service and massages. On Thursday 13th of July I've gone to get a massage after work. I have asked for a neck and shoulder massage sitting down, I get an older man massaging me, it was okay at first and I was enjoying it. Around the 6 minute mark it all went down hill. He was not paying attention as he was talking to the other ladies which disturbed the mood. He was using one hand only, he used this thumb, index and middle finger in a pintching motion repeatedly in one spot which began to hurt my shoulder. When he noticed I moved due to discomfort he began to rub my back and shoulder with both of his hands with a lot of pressure which began to hurt my joint. I told him it hurts so he could stop he told me to go see a doctor. I said not my should was fine but you are hurting me. He just said ohhh and continued to massage in the pinching motion again. There was a gentleman next to me getting a neck and shoulder massage too and the lady doing his massage was paying attention. She was using her forearm and properly massaging, like I have experienced many times. I had paid for 40 minutes, as each minute went by I was getting more frustrated because my experience was so horrible and I could see the lady next to me properly massaging the way I like. At this point I am 15 minutes into the message and the guy who is massaging me did the same pressured rubbing technique on my other shoulder and I had to stop him. So he went back to the pinching motion. I was now getting angry so I asked for the massage to finish early because I could not take it any more. He did not want to give me a massage, he was talking to other staff and giving me the bare minimum quality. I left at 30 minutes with a should joint pain and went to see a doctor. Doctor said that the pain is consistent with internal bruising due to the high pressure I had in one spot. I gave two stars only because I've always had a great experience and I've referred so many people there and this has been my first horrible experience and now I'm not sure if I'll go back, so I'm really upset. My message is, if it hurts make sure you tell them to stop, make sure you listen to your body and if something doesn't feel right get up and leave."
