"I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the skincare here (ACU products) ruined my skin completely and left marks for months. Upon doing more research on the ACU website, I've realised I was told to use the products incorrectly… which probably contributed to my skin disaster. The ladies here are really nice, however I honestly don’t think they know what they’re doing. More training on product knowledge is definitely recommended! Please do more research on the products they recommend you as they may be unsuitable to your skin type. Completely unprofessional way of handling complaints, and will have no remorse in threatening you if you don’t take negative reviews down. Received an email following a horrible phone call quoting “reconsider your approach rather then crying and leaving a google review”. BEAWARE!!!!!: Fake positive reviews, would avoid this place at all costs!"
