"This place is excellent! They helped me with my pain relief and gave me great exercises to keep me keep fit. They provided me with exercises that tailored to my needs and knew what was causing the pain. Don't try your own if you are in alot of pain because it could make it worse. That's what happened with me. Soon as they assessed me my joints immediatedly felt less pain. So 5 stars for Rouse Hill Body Focus."
"Really great physio, I've seen 2 different people at Bodyfocus and both have been excellent. Been working with Sam for neck and shoulder tension I'd been having for many years. Where other physio's would do massages and give me exercises that controlled the pain I never felt like I was getting anywhere. Within a few session seeing Sam he was able to accurately figure out the source of the tension and gave me a number of exercises to do to fix that, which makes it easier to keep things moving. The space is also clean and the reception staff are always professional as well."
