We have a team of highly skilled counsellors and psychologists ready to support you on your journey towards mental well-being. One of our experienced therapists is David, who holds a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. David is passionate about helping his clients take charge of their lives and provides a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their concerns, patterns, and relationships in order to make lasting change. He has extensive experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, addictions, sexuality issues, anger problems, and depression. David is trained in various therapeutic techniques, allowing him to adapt his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Another member of our team is Paula, a Registered Psychologist who works with both couples and individuals from adolescence to adulthood. Paula takes a practical and structured approach to therapy, while also bringing warmth and compassion to each session. She believes in developing productive working relationships with her clients and collaborates with them to establish clear goals and steps to achieve them. Paula has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders, workplace issues, relationship and family dynamics, parenting, and adolescent issues. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) but is trained in other proven therapies to tailor her approach to each client's needs.

We also have Dinah, a therapist with a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Sciences and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling. Dinah takes a person-centred approach in her therapy sessions and has experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, phobias, addiction, and eating disorders. She also works with couples on various relationship issues. Dinah is empathetic and optimistic, working in partnership with her clients to empower them and bring about positive change.
