Welcome to Sydney Individuals and Couples Counselling, located at Dee Why Parade in Australia. My name is Liz, and as a clinical psychotherapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples find happiness, confidence, and a renewed enjoyment of life.

With my extensive qualifications, including a Master of Psychotherapy, Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling, and completion of the Gottman Institute Couples Therapy Course Levels 1 & 2, I am well-equipped to guide you through your journey towards a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Whether you are an individual seeking to regain control of your life and rebuild self-confidence, or a couple aiming to restore harmony, trust, and understanding in your relationship, I am here to help. You can choose between face-to-face sessions in our Dee Why rooms or virtual sessions via Zoom.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, and I am bound by the Privacy Act to maintain the privacy of our sessions. However, if I believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, we will discuss any necessary actions before taking them.

The duration of therapy will depend on the nature of your issues. Some individuals may achieve the desired changes in a few sessions, while others may require more extensive psychotherapy over a longer period. During your first session, I will provide an estimate of how many sessions may be needed.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are 60 minutes in duration, while couples and family sessions are extended to 90 minutes to ensure everyone has ample time to express themselves.
