For your convenience, we provide out-of-hours care through the 13SICK hotline (13 74 25). Please note that we are closed on Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. For other public holiday hours, please contact our reception or book online.

Our team of highly qualified healthcare professionals includes Dr. Mansell and Dr. Jones, who specialize in long-acting reversible contraception through IUDs. Say goodbye to daily pills and the hassle of other birth control methods.

If you're unsure about getting the flu vaccination, we have compiled useful information to help you make an informed decision. We also offer an iron infusion clinic to combat iron deficiency and improve your vitality.

As part of the Qualitas Health Group, a network of 40 community-based general practice clinics across NSW, QLD & VIC, we are committed to making healthcare accessible for all.

Please note that our practice operates on a private billing system, and fees apply. Bulk billing is available for patients who meet specific criteria and hold a valid Medicare card. Patients without bulk billing eligibility, including children aged 6-16 and Concession Card Holders, will have a $25 out-of-pocket fee on Saturdays from 1 pm. Higher fees apply on Sundays and public holidays.

We encourage patients to make online bookings whenever possible, but we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Our standard appointments are 15 minutes long, but certain services may require longer appointments, such as pap smears, health assessments, skin checks, or discussions about complex concerns with your GP.

Test results are only given to the patient concerned by a doctor, and follow-up appointments may be necessary. Medical certificates can be provided following a consultation, although they cannot be backdated.

Telehealth consultations are available for patients who have visited our practice in the past twelve months. New patients must have an initial face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs.

Rest assured that your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to the AMA code of Ethics regarding Privacy and Confidentiality. If you need to transfer your medical records from a previous practice, please request a 'transfer of medical records' form from our reception team.

Pathology tests require a referral from your GP, so please have it ready when visiting the pathology collection center. Workcover patients will be treated the same as regular patients, but please inform your employer before your first consultation to provide you with a claim number.

If you require a specialist referral, please make an appointment with a GP first. Our communications policy outlines the procedures for receiving and returning calls and electronic communication. Please note that we do not disclose personal information over email or use it to book or cancel appointments.
