"Very professional GB and the best Dr I have ever met, she is absolutely intelligent, very understanding and she takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. Very kind and humble, I have no hesitation in recommending her to any other patient's"
"They do not bulk bill - it’s at Drs “discretion” with an $80 seeing fee taken on arrival. Don’t bother go where the reception doesn’t make you wait at the desk for 20mins whilst on the phone."
"I am so upset after my appointment with Dr Connie Harris. I went in with severe night sweats, near fainting episodes and a 3 week headache. She couldn’t even remember that I had headaches at the end of the appointment. When she asked me if there was anything else I reminded her of the headaches, she told me to wear a headband and they would subside. She put everything down to giving up alcohol, of which I was a moderate drinker. I finally got her to take bloods and I have high cholesterol, high sugars, and a low grade infection somewhere, still having night sweats and headaches. Told me to wear a headband or beanie, don’t eat sugar or takeaway foods and come back in 6 months!!! I am now in so much pain because that low grade infection turned out to be a kidney infection, I still have headaches and I am still sweating at night! It is terribly difficult to get into a dr to get any assistance. She has waisted several weeks of recovery and I am now unable to study and work as I am now so sick!!! When she gave me the results she couldn’t even remember what she took the bloods for !! I am beyond upset."
"I was not previously registered at this clinic but, the registration process was tidy and troublefree. My appointment, duly made, was within a reasonable time frame and the doctor ( Kevin Ng) polite, professional and with an obvious interest in the patients. My appointment was only for a flu vaccine so, after a few routine questions I was handed over to a nurse who, like the doctor, was courteous, professional and efficient. Overall a pleasant experience which so worthy of positive comment."
"Dr Henry Shepherd is a very friendly and is very thorough. He takes the time to understand your situation before providing a recommendation. He is also extreme good with kids making them feel relaxed. Can’t recommend enough."
