"Really disappointing. Not a pleasant experience at the appointment. Secretary was lovely on the phone and via email but in person I thought it was someone else. The letter received for us to proceed with was factually incorrect with regards to personal family matters that were discussed and we had to wait weeks to receive it as "the typist was behind". I had guessed when her first words were and when she first ate off the top of my head and said this but it was all taken down as fact in the letter. On top of that absolutely no effort had been put into forwarding the scan and it was all wonky and crooked. This is a document we are supposed to use moving forward with government agencies etc??? I had to redact part of it. Not going back. Will take on board all she said. I'm sure she knows her stuff but bedside manner is minimal. Not a pleasant experience at all and we went there for help. I came out feeling worse."
