"ID GIVE A 0 IF I COULD. Ordered a bed frame that has already broken. Material isn’t good at all. Staff there are not helpful at all. Told Them I need a replacement sent out as it’s under warranty and they said they would get back to me. Months went by and I heard nothing so I reached out to Steven only to find out that they havnt made it and they are finding a new wearhouse to make the part. They told me it would be shipped out by mid September. It’s now mid October and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. Very disappointed by this company. WOULDNT RECOMMEND"
