"Purchased the Kalise cross leg table late last year for our new home that was being built. It is extremely heavy so we didn't put it together until we moved. When we put it together it is COMPLETELY wonky and will not sit flush on the ground. When I emailed to tell them the table was faulty (after two emails and a trip to the Corio store which is now my local and asked the lady to help) I was eventually responded to with an offer for a $200 voucher. This would leave me in a $600 deficit with a large table to get rid of as it is unusable. I have since followed up 4 times via emailed and contacted the support team via chat twice and was responded to this time with "did you try putting on the legs the other way". Which I told them in my first initial email we had tried. DO NOT buy from Early Settler!"
