"I'm posting this as I'm at my wits end! Approx 2 months ago my husband and I attended your store in the attempt to get some new pants, (my husbands work has an account with you). You said you would give him a call back within a week which was never received. After approx 3 weeks I attempted to call and was told without a PA you couldn't help. My husband asked his employer for details which they couldn't provide as RSEA still had it. My husband attempted to call with the same result. On Saturday 22/4/23 we attended your store and was told they don't know anything about this order, but a manager would be in on Monday and will call when they get in; I expressed my dissatisfaction at this time, but my husband asked me to wait until we had given the opportunity to fix the problem. No big suprises here, but no phone call received! This is not the first time I've had issues with RSEA Taylors Lakes, as I use them for my work as well but it's reaching a point I don't think they are worth the trouble"
