"Jax at Brookvale got the job done in a timely manner but did not offer a seniors discount until I mentioned it which was a shame. Agent was put out that he had to reprice the job. Also asked about the gas that they used and how much it would cost. Nobody got back to me and the gas was put in the tyres anyway. I was then expected to pay for this extra which I declined to do which made me feel uncomfortable. Just a couple of areas where customer service could be improved with better communication."
