"Tom is very helpful, his customer service is very excellent, he treated his customer with respect and he listens and make sure that you felt like a regular customer,even my first time , his professional approach is an asset to the team. I need to have a new paint on my Holden barina , and I told him if he can offer me everything that I need to buy because my husband is a painter but still he explained it to me what to do. We are searching for the right colour but we can’t find it in the vehicle door and not even in the manual and the lady in the counter suggested to call my mechanic but instead I called the Holden customer care . When I got the correct colour I look for Tom at the back of the shop helping another customer but still he still entertained me, he can do multi tasking and make sure you are in good hands . While I am waiting for Tom there is another male staff asking me if I’ve been serve , this guys is amazing making you felt home. Hey Tom thank you for everything you have a kind heart , your patience is more than a 100%, gentle , quite and intelligent, wherever you work you are an asset to the company, not just a pretty face. Above all No sign of being a racist. You deserve my 5 stars."

"The windscreen wipers on my car were unable to clean my windscreen using my washers. I explained the problem to a Supercheap sales assistant. He inspected my windscreen wipers, then advised I needed them replaced and advised which ones to purchase and promptly fitted them to my car. I now can see clearly through my windscreen thanks to the kind assistant and expert advice from Supercheap Auto."

On attending Brookvale last Saturday found one attendant who was able to direct me to my product on walking back to pay observed 3 young staff one eating a sandwich offering no assistance to any customers. On one person at the cash register Brendan actually doing any work?"
