"This was a 5 star review 1 month ago, but since... i rate Audi Brookvale low. Car went back to them as a fault light came back. They said i need to replace my intake manifold and that should cost me $2800. I took my car to VW Group specialist mechanics in Parramatta and they replaced my intake manifold with official parts and labour for $1200. I would recommend you don’t go to this branch of Audi as they charge more than double the price."

"The've rebuilt my 2010 A4 engine for free. They actually did a check and since the car consumed .5 litres of oil more than it should have, over 1000km, they offered to do a waive a 10K bill, and only charged the price of a regular service, which was around $600. Not only the car was 7 years old but also hadn't been serviced at Audi. They patiently collected and controlled all my past services and made sure the parts used were original and that was enough to keep the car under Audi warranty. They were flexible with booking the job around our needs and let us keep the Q5 courtesy car for a few extra days as we were about to have a baby and I couldn't return the car. All the people I've been dealing with have been very professional. Highly recommended. They also make you very good coffee while you wait to be served."

"Amazing customer service. I have had drama with another service provider who had used Audi Brookvale for assessment before. Craig gave me the full run-down which wasn't provided by the other company and explain in depth what needed to be done. He even washed and vacuumed my car before returning. Awesome Stuff Craig. "I normally attend the Pennant Hills Audi who have always provided me with incredible service. However I work in brookvale, I called and spoke to someone called 'Cameron' about my sun roof that was not closing properly. Cameron said swing by and he would be happy to have a look. I dropped into the service office and was greeted by someone else who seemed irritated that I had even walked in. He was on the phone and seemed irritated that he even had to acknowledge me. I waited in the lobby and eventually was greeted by a 'Can I help you?' in an aggressive manner. (This is meant to be AUDI). I advised the man that I spoke to Cameron and he said he would have a look. He opened by door and looked in and then closed the door and said "Its not an Audi sun roof, cant do anything, sorry". And shoved the keys in my hand and walked off. I told this 'Manager' that Pennant Hills Audi had no issue fixing my Sunroof. To which I was told "No they couldn't". Which I found incredible, Audi pennant Hills fixed my sunroof last time in 5 minutes. I advised the 'Manager' AGAIN that Pennant Hills had no problem to which I was told, "well take it there then, otherwise go to Sunroof city. They must have someone who knows what to do". Well obviously they also have a Management team who is clearly trained in how to treat customers instead. I spoke to another Manager at my work who advised me that they had a similar issue with them around servicing. I would STRONGLY recommend not going to this Audi Service centre, unless you want rude service and a pathetic excuse of customer service."
