We are excited to announce the completion of our building project in 2022. Our brand-new administration office, gymnasium/basketball stadium, music room, and beautiful library are now open and being enjoyed by the Skye community. We have also transformed our old library space into a STEAM center. Our school architects have ensured that we retain our unique semi-rural community feel, and our open spaces provide ample opportunities for outdoor play and learning.

At Skye PS, we believe that strong family partnerships between home and school are crucial to the success of our students. We encourage parents and families to be actively involved in their child's education and offer various events throughout the year to celebrate learning at our school.

With a strong community semi-rural feel, Skye Primary School is the perfect place for your child's primary schooling years. Our vibrant and active Prep Learning Area provides an ideal environment for your child's first year of school. We prioritize strong, caring, and positive relationships, ensuring a safe and inclusive school environment for all students.

We have a separate Prep Playground, exclusively for our Prep students. This secure outdoor area supports their early learning and transition to primary school, with hands-on activities, a climbing frame, a sandpit, a pirate ship, and gardens that they help maintain as a community.

Our learning and teaching spaces are excellent, providing a safe and secure environment for every child. We promote high-level literacy and numeracy skills, critical thinking, creativity, and individuality within a balanced and comprehensive curriculum. Our teachers utilize digital learning resources and adapt learning spaces to support student learning across all curriculum areas.

With generous and spacious outdoor areas, our students have ample space to build healthy relationships and engage in play. Our well-maintained facilities are continuously improved to enhance our school grounds.
