St Albans Heights Primary School
About the Business
Welcome to St Albans Heights Primary School, located in the beautiful city of Saint Albans, Australia. Our school is a point of interest and a primary school, providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students in their formative years.
At St Albans Heights Primary School, we value cultural diversity and strive to incorporate Indigenous perspectives into our curriculum. We are proud to have Ron Murray, a Wamba Wamba man and cultural educator, as part of our community. Ron's expertise as a storyteller, musician, didgeridoo maker, and wood sculptor enriches our students' understanding of Indigenous culture.
We celebrate important milestones with our students, such as the 100 days of school, where our Foundation students are recognized for their achievements. You can find photos of this special day on our webpage. Another exciting addition to our school is our new chickens. Our students take great joy in feeding them and collecting their eggs, fostering a sense of responsibility and connection to nature.
We recently organized an amazing Colour Fun Run, a vibrant event filled with energy and laughter. We are grateful to all who donated, as their contributions helped us reach our fundraising goal. This achievement, along with our commitment to positive behavior support, has earned us the prestigious Gold Award from the Victorian School Wide Positive Behaviour Support.
Our school is not just a place for academics; it is a hub for the local community. Our Community Hub offers a range of activities and services, including information sessions, sports and recreational activities, social events, English and skills training classes, playgroups, and volunteering opportunities. We believe in fostering a strong sense of community and providing support to all members.
Additionally, we recently had a Harmony day BBQ, where families came together to celebrate cultural diversity. The event featured a free sausage sizzle, engaging activities, and families dressed in their national costumes, adding a vibrant touch to the day. Bubbles and music created a joyful atmosphere, making it a memorable and successful event for all.
Join us at St Albans Heights Primary School, where we prioritize holistic education, cultural inclusivity, and community engagement. Explore our webpage for more information and be a part of our thriving educational community.

"* Update: 2 sides to a story - the true story and cover up story. Smart readers will be able to differentiate which is cover up. * My kid was bullied at this school multiple times but school's response was mediocre and insufficent to ensure safety of my child. My kid was throat jabbed and chocked by another girl, was threatened by the same girl that she will kill my kid, was shown the middle rude finger by the same girl, all these plus many more bullying since last year. When I asked the school to act immediately to stop such bullying activities targeted at my kid, the school and principal don't acknowledge such activities are acts of bullying. If the principal of any school do not care about such bullying acts, then no child will be safe in such environment! The principal deny to take responsibility after my kid had mental distress arising from the bully in spite of multiple feedback. The principal even have the cheeks to say she is "disappointed" at our decision to move our kid out from this school. How ridiculous!! I will never let my kid to grow in such dangerous schooling environment."
"Looking at all these reviews, so many bullying cases have been ignored. Unfortunately my child is one of the victims of bullying. This is not a safe school to put your child in, as bullying is definitely acceptable by the school and principal! Definitely will be reporting to the Department of Education. They don’t even deserve star, i would give 0 stars if i can!"
"Wonderful little school friendly staff. They do go through a lot of effort to make learning experience enjoyable. They also have a lot of free activities and classes for the community and for the parents and students. Love it!"
"Yeah, most people wouldn't add a review to their school but I would like to go out of my way and do it because of what they have gave me and done for me. Firstly, this is a very good school and has a lot of great teachers, St Albans heights primary school has great basketball courts, soccer pitch, playgrounds. There is a lot of open space and I would really recommend it."
"I find this school a safe and bright school to go to. It has a beautiful mural and clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend going to this school."
