One of our experienced psychologists at Dee Why is Howard, a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in individual, couples, and family therapy. Throughout his career, Howard has worked in various sectors, including public health, corporate, military, and private practice.

Howard has successfully helped clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, workplace stress, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, anger issues, and relationship problems. His approach is practical, warm, and supportive, as he collaborates with his clients to develop strategies for improvement and a more fulfilling life.

Although originally from the United States, Howard completed most of his qualifications in Australia. He holds a Masters in Psychology from Sydney University and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales. Additionally, he has undergone specialized training in workplace counselling, couples and family therapy, and various evidence-based psychological interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodrama, Psychoanalysis, Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Organisational Change. This extensive toolkit allows him to tailor his approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
