"The teachers are lovely but this school is not suitable for some 3 year olds. It’s just not set up properly for that age group imo as the play areas are not contained tightly enough. If you have a runner it’s a disaster. The children also don’t have naps and most kids still need them at that age. The after school care also lost track of my son and I was told he was found 45 minutes later crying in a classroom on his own. I’m sure it’s lovely for older kids but be careful with younger ones. Make sure you check it out and make sure it’s suitable for your child. I found the teacher so lovely that I initially pulled him out and because he loved his teacher so much I tried to re-enrol him but in the long run am pleased I couldn’t get him back in and that we moved services."
"It is the best school I have experienced. Especially when I feel each of my children' s needs get met. The teachers are really responsible. All my three boys love the school, they feel welcomed, safe, love and free in this school."
"Simply in one word - Outstanding!! We have our 2 kids studying here for the last 1 year and we couldn’t be more happier. 100% Transparency with parents. It’s amazing how they respect the individuality of the child and treat them as equal. My elder one is in grade 2, in Sandra’s class, doing so well academically and also developed a love for her environment. We feel so blessed for her to learn here. She has become more calm, empathetic and has learnt to work in groups. My little one , in Toddler community with Rachel, cuts her own fruits everyday and is so independent in many other ways. She’s always clean when we pick her up. So very well mannered. She’s moving to Cycle 1 this year - and we had a one hour session with her teacher. They take so much care in understanding the child, their habits and their needs. Last year was such a struggle for our family being in lock down, and still the children thrived in the way learning was administered remotely. Everything is well planned. Every step of the way is well guided. And there’s always someone to answer all your questions when you call the reception. And there’s no words to thank our amazing Principal - Janis!! She’s there every morning to greet all the families and children. She has been extremely supportive to us in many ways. The best part is -that she’s always there to hear us out !! The school has an amazing music program and provides an opportunity for children to learn instruments ( not missing out on lunch ) , and has a remarkable creative tech lab apart from the usual arts and additional language. They have chess clubs, Lego clubs and a choir for children to be involved in! Just walking down the school, makes me so calm! True blessing !"
"The worst experience ever I had in this school. You can not trust them at all. If you told them dont do that with my child, they will wait until you leave and do everything you asked them not to do. Amy was dealing with 3 years old boy as he is an adult and made him feels isolated and no body wants him. Trust me dont waste your money. I moved my son to the local sessional kinder and you cant imagine how much he loved there and how much they supported him there. This school doesn't worth any cent you pay it. They dont know how to apply proper Montessori approach. The principal is not supportive to parents at all. The teacher does what they want in this school."
"This school is a excellent example of how the education system has failed in Victoria. my child attended the school for 6 years. the teachers did not care about my son at all they just left him all by him self to fail. now he is struggling through high school. the facility are OK but some are old and run down (especially the toilets). over all the school has been in a downwards spiral since 2010. after the head music teach left in 2013 the music program at pvims has gotten really bad. 4 different music directors in 3 years. overall the school is pretty bad BUT 10/10 would send child there again"
