With experience in the Early Childhood sector since 2015, Alexandra has held various roles, including Group Leader, Assistant Group Leader, Educational Leader, Health and Safety Representative, Sustainability Leader, Centre Cook, and Assistant Director. She is a passionate, energetic, and nurturing team member who believes that each child is a unique individual deserving of a secure, caring, and stimulating environment to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. Alexandra's goal as an educator is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing a warm, safe, and welcoming environment that supports risk-taking, encourages sharing of ideas, and fosters a sense of belonging.
