"Disgusting customer service. Unfortunately I could not see her name anywhere. She was on the heavy side and hair in a pony tail. Rude to the customer before me stating she had already explained the information. I got the same service delivered in a patronising manner. Also I received 2 different reasons i couldn't claim previous claim from two different staff members. Seriously HCF get your act together and hire staff with good customer service skills willing to work who do not have a chip on their shoulders. Never returning to this branch again."

"0 customer service skill when you call them on 131334.... I call them to get a quote for 18 months of family cover, I spent about 25 minutes listening to their music before someone decides to answer the phone, when they do answer they have to transfer me to sales. The line goes quiet for a few minutes... Someone answers..I ask for the cost of 18 months of family cover and he hangs up on me...."

"I have got bad experience from hurstvill agency. I dont know about her name but she didnt want listen and sent to medicare and waisting time. There is nothing wrong if she read one sentence from my letter but she didnt do and didnt help. I dint know why that kind of person working there. Im so upset. No customer service at all but maneger or i dont know asian lady was help me."
