"I booked an appointment and asked to price match it, they told me that’s fine but if the prices changed in the day of the appointment then we will have to charge you the new price. Or if you wanna come in before that appointment and pay to lock in the price. I showed up to my appointment and I checked the clinic that I priced matched it and it didn’t change. After they called me in to the room and I’m about to start the treatment they told me the manager is not here today and we can’t do price match without her! Which means they have to charge me the clearskin care prices ! It was bit unprofessional to tell me that literally before i start taking my clothes off! Instead of making a phone call so i can reschedule. I took some time off and drove to the clinic for her to say that instead of calling as they always do! I have been going to this clinic over a year now spent a lot of money and haven’t seen much changes with my laser treatments so this was cherry on top :)"
