"I have been coming to this Medical Centre for the past 15 yrs and have excellent interactions with the ladies on reception and the Drs who work here. I come here regularly to get B12 injections and the nurses that do this are excellent. I had to go for a blood test this morning and the lady that does the bloods never leaves me bruised and is lovely to talk to. The Drs here care about their patients and I would recommend this medical centre to everyone. Sure they get busy so book in advance and check when you get there how long it will be."

"Worst clinic in the area, without any doubt. Booked via phone for Dr Ristevski, waited over 2 hours upon arrival. Throughout this time the Dr would continuously let through walk-in patients without a booking. If you can't fulfill your bookings why make them in the first place. Absolutely a palace to avoid if you don't intend to waste half a day just to see a GP."

"Really feeling sad while writing reviews hopefully this will improve soon as i booked the doctor appointment for my son he was super sick they said they dont have doctors to see him, this is such a nonsense and such a terrible things as a parent living in this country and getting worst health care system ever second time we had to see same doctor and waited more than hour even though booked appointment on Friday save your time"

"Had the same experience as reviewer John Hoo. Booked appointment for 1.40 and still waited 2 hours and still can’t see Dr Kiro Ristevski. Asked receptionist three times on separate occasions and she kept telling us we were the next patient. When the whole clinic had cleared and everyone had been seen by the other doctors and we were still left there and people after us were seen first with this same doctor we decided it was time to leave. Not coming back here again. Phone consult last year was the same. Booked for phone appointment but didn’t get any phone call for consult. Don’t bother wasting your time because your time is not important to them especially with this doctor and these receptionists."

"If I could give a zero star to the person I spoke to I would, rang about 10 times , was told to wait before the phone line got disconnected. The receptionist gave her name as Toni told me that nothing could be done about the volume of calls they were receiving. Does that mean you should employ more staff, or people that actually care, because this person didn't care at all. It is a medical centre, shouldn't staff be trained to show compassion and understanding, instead of being dismissive. Really bad impression of what to expect if you went there as a patient."
