I had a consultation with him today and while talking I didn’t get one thing what he said because he was wearing mask and voice was low, i asked him to repeat that again and he really shouted at me man ! I can’t believe how doctors behave like this with their patients !"

"wow...so many bad reviews...honestly i have had little to absolutely no complaints with this Medical Centre...mostly always positively awesome! sure, they do get busy (as do any other Medical Centres) and i would guess (not sure) but most appointments would fall into the half hour waiting period from appointment time given most patients would arrive late or sometimes not at all...as for the receptionists...they do an awesome job! and whilst i have been sitting there waiting to see doctor myself there have been some very aggressive selfishly entitled patients arguing that they are more important than anyone else there waiting and demand to be seen first! go figure...no wonder these poor staff members get a little fizzled sometimes! oh...by the way...i just want to say thank you to all the Doctors and Staff there especially to Dr Stephen Howe! you are a legend my friend...thank you for all your help and great support! with all my medical conditions i honestly don't know how i would have got through it all...the most important thing for any patient is knowing your doctor has your back! and without any doubt...my one has!...thanks."

"I had a very bad experience with David Wang today. He talk over you when you try to describe your symptoms. He insulted me said “ I should have my brain check instead”. When I asked for parasites check. He insulted me because I’m studying Chinese medicine which he said “ that’s not a medicine, it’s fake doctor.” He is very unprofessional and narrow minded. He don’t shows any empathy to patients. Very sad and scary experience in my life."

"Reception attitude was horrible, 10:30am appointments, wait until 12 still didn’t see doctor, booking system is try to make maximum profits but not care about patients feeling . For example doc booking is ever 15min , but actually consulting time is 45-60min . So not recommended. Also for old age patients ,reception is very rude and inpatient. No respect at all . If the patient can speak English please do not come this medical center , go somewhere else . Nor worse it , for those who need Chinese speak, you have no choose , please be aware at lease 1 hour wait even you have appointments."

"I don't think the place even deserve 1 star. This is the worst medical centre I have been to. I made a booking for 10:00 am and had to wait half an hour which is fine but after that they start to argue with me rudely that I didn't make any booking. Then I showed them the proof that I had made one. They went quiet and didn't even apologise and told me they would book me now and want me to wait another hour or so while I was in that discomfort. I just hope they would improve wherever they can and treat patients more respectfully."
