The ongoing support and patience from the staff is what makes this agency different to any agencies ive been with and as a person with medical illness and PTSD ive been with a few, however ability options stood by me and always met my needs. Even were patience with me when i had breakdowns. They have incredible traning that they do at the office themselves and also one on one appointments face to face even over the phone. If it wernt for the staff at ability options i never would have become confident in my self and found a job .
