"The techs are uninformed, selling packages that are INEFFECTIVE for PCOS (hormonal hair growth). Laser actually worsens the hair growth. Not only that but they sell packages that expire, and can't reinstate it. The desk is unattended most often than not, they don't answer the phone and head office is equally unhelpful. So if you want to try them out, my advice would be don't, but if you do, don't even bother getting packages. Money doesn't expire mate. Get a grip."

They gave me the head office phone , but still nothing they told me they gave me extension on my last one and still was expired !!!
