"Last weekend I went to add 1 day onto my policy. Usually my wife does all the purchasing of our travel insurance. She couldn't locate the policy and panicked. She did find the quote dated Nov 22 but no actual policy. Didn’t notice the quote had my name on it not hers. We are travelling from tomorrow. Were we insured?
