"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TREATMENTS! They are a SCAM. The most unprofessional and unethical company I have dealt with. My pre paid sessions expired due to COVID - no extension given. When I followed up about the “expired” sessions, they advised they ‘changed’ systems and my history was wiped. After sending LCA confirmation emails of pre paid treatments they have done NOTHING to rectify money that was spent in 2019. FYI once they have your money, they keep it, regardless of the circumstances. The customer service is a JOKE. Don’t waste your time and money on an unethical business. Go somewhere else!! Trust me! You don’t want to lose your money."
"I have purchased a couple of laser packages and i couldnt go to George st branch. I called to the branch a couple of time and spoke to the manager and the receptionist many times to transfer my packages to another branch that i can make it and they keep ignoring my request and pass me around. it has been 3 months now i keep asking to change my branch and nothing happened. It is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. The name of the manager is Tas and she hasnt called me at all as she promissed me to fix the issue."

The management of these clinics seems to be separate, resulting in varying levels of service quality. In comparison to my own experience and the feedback I received from friends who have visited other clinics, this particular location lacks flexibility, responsiveness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Some clinics generously offer the option to use your credit for various treatments and products, providing a safety net if you change your mind or find yourself running out of time. Certain clinics go the extra mile by offering razors or extras for regular laser clients if the need comes up. These small gestures make a significant difference and contribute to a more positive overall experience. Considering the mixed quality of service across the brand's clinics, I would recommend exploring alternative options."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I attended one booking of my package and all was fine. My second round came 28 April and I confirmed via the confirmation text and headed into the city from where I live out west which took 40 min. Arrive to my appointment and the receptionist welcomed me and told me to take a seat. After a few moments, she came around to me and said “idk if anyone has called or emailed you but our laser machine hasn’t been working for a week and it will take 2 months to fix”. I wasn’t offered an apology or any time frame to reschedule. She was really young and I get it these things can happen. She said her manager would be in touch in a week. I waited a week and no one contacted me or followed up. I decided to go into the clinic myself and spoke with a women there that had no idea what to do and again, could not speak with a manager. At this point I was quite frustrated. Their solution was that they would ask the Westfield clinic to take me on whilst they wait for repairs and they will ask their manager to contact me. I waited. I decided to send an email to Head Office on 2 June complaining about the service and lack of customer support. To which I received a generic reply on 5 June saying it was passed onto the clinics management team and someone would be in contact. It is now 16 June with no response or outcome. I have emailed today and asked for a refund to go elsewhere. How embarrassing."
