"I am absolutely disappointed with Medibank regarding the lack of customer service/assistance on an ongoing issue, inability to process my Extras claims which is what I paid for and how hard it is for a customer to even get in contact with Medibank. For months, I am unable to submit an online claim for a variety of entitled services. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who said they will resolve this issue and get back to me. I recall asking her how will you let me know its resolved and she just asked me to wait a week and try again online with no reference number or follow up from Medibank. Months later, no response and nothing was fixed. Online concierge is also useless. Keeps asking me to log in when I'm already logged in. And unable to help further because it can't recognise that I'm logged in."
