"Some time ago I bought the waxing sessions. Due to confusion, I did not attend one, but my sister, who is treated in the same place, asked if she could recover my session and they said yes. Today I go for the appointment that was scheduled for me and when I finish, the girl charged me the total amount for the individual session, I told her that it was already paid for but she insisted that it was not, so I paid anyway. The woman is very unpleasant. On top of that, she didn't follow through with the level of intensity that I was meant to, instead she did it with a novice level…obviously she's not going to work for me and I've lost my money. I'm sorry about the situation, because before I was treated by someone else and they changed it for her."
