"1st Oct 2022 roughly 2.45pm (so managers can check who worked) I’d give no stars if I could. Horrible. First they both ignored us while we waited to be served at counter. Prices on two of the EXACT same shoe were different. They were prices on each shoe and the corresponding box at different prices. We politely asked if we could have the lower price honoured and she immediately yelled at my mum and I. She snatched the box and accused my mum of trying to rip the price off when my mum was simply pointing to the price. The other girl stood and watched silently. Then came up after the other stormed off and said she wouldn’t do a thing. I explained that as I myself have managed in retail and work in a shoe store and that this is what you do when there is incorrect prices labelled. They even admitted it was a store fault as prices have recently gone up. It wasn’t by much. $4 actually. But we just simply asked and were yelled at. If she remained calm we may have even just paid the higher price because it wasn’t much. But her actions made her lose the sale and customers (as we will NEVER shop there again) And what makes it worse for them is that I went to Hurstville hours later only to find the same two pairs of the exact same shoes marked at two different prices and when I asked the same question she was more than happy to honour that $4 difference. I understand things can be missed and it was a mistake but when it is incorrectly advertised MULTIPLE times on the shoe and box, you need to honour that! Hurstville is great! Go there."

"Worst customer service I have experienced. Walked in this morning as I was looking at shoes I saw the staff member in another aisle trying on shoes. I found this odd. She never greeted me or even asked if I needed assistance. She was too interested in trying on shoes rather than assisting her customer. When I was at the counter purchasing my shoes that I had self serviced and selected she hardly said anything to me. She appeared as if she was forced to be at work. I was very close in saying to smile and be happy. Seriously if you don't want to work and provide a level of customer service then best you stay at home."

"Worst customer service in a shop in a very long time. Went into store to purchase school shoes for 3 girls. Where do I start 1. The 2 employees talking about the girl who was fired before I had to ask for help. 2. When asked for assistance employee seemed cranky that assistance was asked 3. When I requested a shoe, the shoe was tossed into my hand lace done up and paper still in shoe. Employee walked back to her co worker to continue conversation and could the shoe not be handed to my daughter who was two steps away. The same day we went into another shop in roselands just two shops fromthis disgrace and was greeted immediately by two lovely employees. The products were shown in a mannerto myself and my daughters that was acceptable, there was no moodiness when assistance was requested. I could go on but I really can't be bothered just like your employees."

"My experience at this shop this afternoon was one of the best customer services I have had in a long time. I was served by one Layla who went out of her way to assist me in getting what I wanted and that too with a click of few buttons. Thank you very much Layla with greatest appreciation."

"What great customer service!! Found the shoe had a defect after wearing it to work. Went back the next weekend and they swapped it out with a new pair. Really happy!!"
