"Not sure how this place gets 5 stars. I walked into this store on the 3.1.23, 2 people standing behind the counter, another was sitting down behind the counter eating his noodles. I was standing directly in front of the counter with a shoe trying to get their attention and was completely ignored. Eventually one girl looked at me and asked if I wanted help. I asked if I'd I could try a size that was one size bigger than the one i was holding. She brought it out and walked away to serve someone else. The shoe was too big, so I decided to get the one on display to try it on since no one wanted to help me. As soon as I picked up the shoe and undid the shoe lace to try it on, a girl walked up and said, 'can I help you?' , with an annoyed tone. I told her I wanted to try the shoe on, she snatched it out of my hands and slammed it back on the display, and told me to wait a minute. she went out the back, came back out with a box with the same size shoe and told me, 'here take this' and walked away and went back behind the counter and continued to chat. Such good customer service that I left the store and went to foot looker and spent $400 there."
