"Shocking customer care!!!!!! Today 02/06/2023 I bought pants which on the hanger was showing that it was XXL, I didn't realize that the pants were XXXL so I went back to swap them for XXL, I have already remove the tags but I had the receipt to my surprise they didn't even want to consider the swap, instead they admit that they have hang the pants on the wrong hanger but now it is a policy that they don't exchange anything if the tags are removed, the manager was absolutely useless but then the other guy comes in and start being totally rude, so I realize there is no point to talking to them anymore they wont do anything about the situation, on my way out I hear him call me CRAZY! Well maybe I am crazy for buying from them!"

Honestly i dont know what jd is thinking hiring these kids. They also joke about not being able to return my item, honestly they shoild quit if theyre not gonna take their job seriously."

His customer service skills are excellent, he is always smiling, polite and very helpful. Keep it up Ahmad your good work doesn’t go unnoticed.
