"Do not shop at footlocker Bankstown. Visited the store and picked a pair of shoes of the display and asked staff to tried on this afternoon. Liked the shoes and went to the counter to purchase. The staff member said it was $139, not the $99.95 that was on the shoe with a foot locker barcode on the sale sign advertising $99.95. False advertising! Refused to sell me the shoes at the advertised price. Never going back there again."

"2 young girls working there, useless. they do not know anything and couldn't even answer a couple of easy questions. lack of training and lack of customer service skills. felt like they were there just to stand around and look pretty. do your job properly! or else you will be losing customers on the go."
"This place has people with zero customer service skills. Only reason I buy from there is the product. Have called numerous times to discuss an exchange. Nobody answers , I believe owners should go back to the drawing board , and re interview staff members who are running there business. 1 star for Google and other star for my effort in writing this review."
