"Went in with a toddler asking for an item. They said they didn't have it in stock. They told me to go check a store in a nearby suburb, but I had to press them to ring the store for me and confirm they had in stock, even though they insisted they did simply because it was "new". Meanwhile, boxes of new arrivals behind the counter and they wouldn't check to see if it was in there. Later, a friend went in asking for the same time. "Go check, X store" they told her. Didn't call, told her "yeah they have it in stock, it's new, they should have all the sizes". Not too much to ask for a little customer service."
