"I would be more than willing to give a negative rating of minus 10 stars if such an option existed. Unfortunately, I am limited to selecting the lowest available rating of one star. I feel compelled to share my deep disappointment and recount my unpleasant encounter with Dr. Myrthinia Fernandez Estacio in this review. During my visit, she exhibited unprofessional conduct by letting a patient without an appointment to see her before me who was not coming to see her !!, despite my punctuality. Rather than offering an apology for the inconvenience caused, her response was dismissive, suggesting that if I was dissatisfied with their service, I should simply not return. This is exactly what I did. I and family will never return."
