"I have been going to Castlereagh Imaging for all my ex ray needs for over 30 years, but I will be not going back after one of their Receptionists reduced me to tears when I requested an appointment be changed as I had double booked. Her exact words were, you have a red light on your name, and I have been told not to change any appointments for you. This will be the fourth time we will change your appointment! This was absolutely untrue, and I then cancelled the 4 appointments I had made and went elsewhere! When I rang and complained I was told someone in charge would contact me. I’m still waiting!!"
